As the winter sun dips between the buildings, the glass windows of Jo Hyun Tax & Accounting are dyed orange. It's the first week of the VAT filing period. The multifunction printer has been running without rest for minutes, and on every desk, card sales data, payroll ledgers, and receipt envelopes are sorted between client files.
