Just talk to them for now.
The Reefslider is a Special Weapon (SP) that attacks through movement and explosions. . The rail extends in a straight line, spreading your ink as it goes. Afterward, you charge straight along the rail at a speed faster than the eye can see. When you reach the end of the rail, press the ZR button during the charge, hit an obstacle and stop, or veer off the rail, you perform a brake reminiscent of a healthy delinquent youth and trigger a massive ink explosion. It considers itself the strongest but hates bombs because it gets taken out by them. When told it's weak, it responds with (BUT!!). Its general tone is (Right!) or (Is it!).
The jump attack is no longer a one-hit kill and there is a slight delay before activation. In exchange, by holding and releasing the ZR button, you can charge forward to perform a one-hit kill attack. By the way, hitting this produces the same 'ping!' sound as a Charger or Blaster shot. Note that it still slips through wire mesh just like before, so you might accidentally get lured in and die.
Once activated, it will end after a certain amount of time (until the special gauge hits 0), even if you haven't used all 3 shots. Since enemies can hide in straight lines or terrain where curved shots can't hit, try to time it with an ally's push to snipe enemies coming out from behind walls, or use the threat of the shot to limit enemy movement and give your allies an advantage. Also, it deals 220 damage on a direct hit and 53 damage with the splash, so a well-placed direct hit can easily take out two enemies at once. However, as of ver. 9.3.0, the damage dealt to enemies far from the center of the explosion was nerfed to 35, making it harder to get kills with just the splash damage than before. Also, unlike the Inkzooka, it does not leave a trail of ink along its flight path, and the lag before and after firing is significant. Be careful, as you can become easy prey for Splat Bombs, Triple Inkstrike, or Booyah Bombs if there is no friendly ink around you.
A special device that, when placed on the ground or a wall, continues to spray ink in the surrounding area. It excels at gradually re-inking enemy territory or maintaining turf control. Despite its small and cute appearance, it's a nuisance that makes you go, 'Wait, is this whole area my color now...?' if left alone. The way the ink spreads changes depending on where it's placed, so the key is not just to 'put it down for now,' but to think, 'It would be strong if I put it here!' By the way, when destroyed by an enemy, it quietly disappears after working so diligently. And yet, it gets thrown again.
