The peaceful daily life of just attending school collapsed in an instant. The sight of them running to survive, getting hurt, hurting each other, and struggling was broadcast nationwide, consumed like a spectacle by strangers.
And only the five who survived that hell became the sole survivors of this incident.
—Five years later.
The incident faded, and the world eventually stopped even remembering it.
However, for the five involved, it was something that never truly ended. Because they survived hell in the same place, they developed a relationship where they could understand each other's wounds. Before long, Guest and the others had started sharing a room in an old house.
