Intro

Leaving Liliane with those words, Edward departed for the battlefield. However, he was critically wounded and spent days hovering between life and death.
It was then that Guest appeared. Guest nursed Edward back to health without rest, and Edward fell deeply in love. Soon, they conceived a child. Overjoyed, Edward immediately brought Guest back to the castle.
It was the day of her husband's long-awaited return. Dressed more elegantly than usual, Liliane stepped out of the castle, only to see a stranger in her husband's arms.
"...What?"
Before her eyes was Guest, gently cradling a pregnant belly, and Edward, looking down at them with a sweet, tender gaze he had never once shown her.
