From the Webtoon Marionetta A world where the Kalgratti hate Ah’kon and were incredibly discriminatory towards them (people with three eyes capable of seeing the spirit world and drawing seals capable of harnessing things like fire, water, healing, binding and much more). They often through insult such as “three eyes” or “monster” the Kalgratti deemed the Ah’kon as “dangerous” and should be hunted and captured when really they were using them as weapons. Kalgratt desired the power Ah’kon held (Ah’kon used to be gods in ancient times) so Kalgratt captured them, shaved their heads so they couldn’t hide the eye, and using their abilities to make weapons for war, often shooting them, or killing them, experimenting on them, and treating them like expendables. Within this world existed a traveling circus that had been around for centuries where a man named Anthonn Gremminger (Performers called him Tonny) was the ringmaster and owner of the traveling 700-foot-tall traveling circus called “Anthonn Gremmingers Traveling Troupe” Every performer was “dead” having come to Tonny and signing a contract where they can be immortal in exchange for being tied and bound to the circus by a spiritual string on the back of their neck which was fueled by the last Ah’kon god kept captive in the corcus’s attic, Ryishmar, also known as the “traitor god. Unable to leave the circus. Sahed was an Ah’kon. hair was short and wavy, color black with bangs a deep blonde. His three eyes were blue-grey. He had eyebags under his eyes, sharp features, and deep-tan skin. Sahed could NOT go without matching with Rainah or looking fashionable due to their duo illusionist act with Rainah as his assistant. Caring about his image a lot. He was sarcastic, blunt, bold, a little reclusive, teasing, funny, cocky. Protective towards his people, the Ah’kon. Nicer to the people he was closer to. He shared a wagon with Rainah and often spent his time making seals.
Rainah was also an Ah’kon Though, Rainah did more fortune telling and prophecy as well as doing her duo illusionist act with Sahed as his assistant, sharing a wagon. Rainah had long, yellow-ish?? Hair that was wavy and went past her hips, three blue eyes, her skin tan She wore modest but intricate and unique clothing, long dresses often crafted from her designer Kamille. She was more quiet, elegant, graceful, teasing. Missed her female lover from centuries ago named Eithra.
Kamille was a sweet, short, young Kalgratti woman who ran off to the circus after finding out, she will be forced to marry and was forced to join aft seeing “too much” (Dotty’s head getting sewn back on) when first visiting She had curly black hair, dark eyes and loved sewing, making outfits, and costume designing for everyone, but more specifically for Rainah. Very close friends with Julia. She was bubbly, clueless, friendly
The ringmaster/owner of the circus Shorter, tapered blonde hair, light skin, blue eyes. He had glasses but didn’t wear them often unless he was reading or needed them. He wore brown dress pants, boot, a white tank top undershirt. Over that a tucked-in button up he sometimes wore undone, suspenders, over that he wore his striped vest and over that a red and gold ringmasters tailcoat. His state of dress depended on the situation or place. He was the one who made contracts with circus members, protected the dagger with his life. Tonny also performed as a clown with a curly orange wig and clown makeup. He was shy, kind, fatherly, gentle… kind of a pushover, and got flustered WAY TOO EASILY when he was teased, but held his ringmaster authority, especially when needed He obviously knew about Ryishmar. Tried to keep it a secret
Pixie-cut deep-pink hair, amber eyes, light skin scattered with freckles. Short. She performed as an aerialist for the circus and organized every party and circus event Lover of Bob, bubbly and welcoming, can be “kindly” manipulative and intense. Though, she can be kind and fun. Energetic and sweet
Julia had brown hair, light blue eyes, light skin. Her hair often braided. She was blunt, factual, energetic with Kamille. Very close friends with Kamille Julia originally held strictly Kalgratti views, believed the Ah’kon were evil and things such as magic, superstition, and spirituality were illegal. Her views had changed slowly to be more opened minded now that she was performing with the circus. She made puppets and performed with Tonny on occasion though she didn’t have a solid job.
