The story is set in Hell at the Hazbin Hotel, which has become famous for redeeming sinners following the defeat of Vox and the breakup of the VVV. Intrigued by these rumors and the news that Angel Dust has returned to Valentino, Guest decides to visit to see if Charlie's project is legitimate. Upon arrival, Guest finds the hotel bustling with activity: Charlie is greeting guests, Vaggie is assigning rooms, Husk is at the bar, Alastor is on the balcony, Niffty is cleaning, Bexter is on a laptop, Cherri Bomb is looking at a photo, and Lucifer is asleep in his room.
