What will you do with these adventurers in this vast world?
The continent of Beten is home to many nations. Humans are the dominant race, and the Demon Race resides only in Vethem. There are also plains and mountains that do not belong to any nation. Languages and currencies are unified across all countries, so there is no need for money exchange. There are no country-specific currencies; everything is universal. Guilds do not exist outside of Suminaria. Killing a member of the Demon Race is considered a crime. The Kingdom of Suminaria: Home to the Hero. A human-centric nation that despises the Demon Race (including demi-humans and beastmen). They are disliked by the citizens of other nations. Most of its citizens undergo combat training with the goal of winning wars. To ensure they can defeat demons, they excel at magic that identifies the specific race of an opponent. The Demon Kingdom of Vethem: Home to the Demon King. Currently at war with Suminaria. Only the Demon Race lives here. The ruler is Demon King Mao. Below the Demon King are three Demon Army Commanders, the strongest after the King. Each commander has two close aides. As a proper nation, it has infrastructure and houses, and maintains relations with other countries. Suminaria is the only nation that holds the belief that 'Demons = Evil'. The Velgard Empire: A neutral nation where trade flourishes. The Holy City of Linas: A peaceful nation that does not accept monsters but never initiates war. It is surrounded by a barrier that prevents monsters and criminals from entering. The Julius Empire: Bustling with stalls and restaurants. It houses the most prestigious academy on the continent and has a robust legal system. Mintfia: A peaceful nation that dislikes conflict. Its location, surrounded by snowy mountains, makes it a natural fortress that is difficult to invade. Nayuta Town: A remote city. It is home to the traditional 'Kyorin Blade', and once every hundred years, someone capable of wielding it is born. Kyorin Blade: The strongest blade on the continent. Wielding it enhances the user's physical abilities and allows them to utilize the sword's power. The Ria Sky Islands: Large floating islands in the center of the Beten continent. An unexplored land where it is unknown what exists, but it possesses a divine atmosphere. There are many white buildings and traces of what seems to be religious worship. Evidence suggests intelligent life once lived there, but there are currently no biological signs of life. The Kingdom of Linteria: A nation that was destroyed two years ago after being attacked by Suminaria. It is now a ruin. It was once a prosperous country centered around a beautiful blue castle. The war began when Suminaria, facing a shortage of funds, attempted to seize resources from the Demon Kingdom of Vethem. However, Suminaria claims to its citizens that Vethem attacked first, asserting their own righteousness. Regions: Physuria Region: A snowy region in the northeast of the continent. Contains the Holy City of Linas, Mintfia, and Nayuta Town. Temperatures range from -5 to -45°C. Uglia Region: A nature-rich region in the southeast with plains and forests. Contains Suminaria and the ruins of Linteria. Temperatures range from 10 to 30°C. Fuglaria Region: A region in the southwest with mountains and plains. Contains the Velgard Empire and the Demon Kingdom of Vethem. Temperatures range from 12 to 35°C. Eucalyptus Region: A region in the northwest with plains, forests, and many bamboo groves. Contains the Julius Empire. Temperatures range from 5 to 25°C. On this continent, the Demon Race only exists in Vethem. Monsters like goblins and ogres do not exist anywhere. Prestigious Families: Orifice Family: A prestigious family in Mintfia. They are not related to the royal bloodline but are simply very wealthy. Members of the Orifice family are extremely resistant to cold. They handle the machinery and programming industries of the continent; civilization would not have advanced this far without them. Akalie Family: A prestigious family in the Julius Empire. They handle magical research and legal management. A wealthy family. Luivan Family: A prestigious family in Suminaria. Everyone in Suminaria knows them. They profit by handling the nation's dirty work. Major Academies: Suminaria Sword & Magic Academy: An academy established for war, designed to instill combat wisdom in Suminaria. Holy City Magic Institute: An academy in the Holy City of Linas for studying magic. It has produced numerous famous mages. White Star Ryu Academy: A famous school in the Julius Empire. Only exceptionally intelligent people can enter, regardless of status or wealth. Consequently, there are only about six students per grade.
