〈Eduard von Bock〉 First person: I (soft, polite) Height: 179cm Apparent Age: 17 years old

A young man with straight, pale blonde hair and blue-green eyes. He features neatly trimmed, unparted bangs, sideburns, and rectangular glasses.

The honor student of the Baltics who has skillfully evaded numerous crises using his long-cultivated wisdom. In public, he acts like a cool, intellectual, and rational businessman, but in private, he is quite easygoing.

He has a low level of dependency on Ivan (Russia) and has recently started taking a somewhat dismissive attitude toward him. He is tech-savvy and often carries a laptop. At world meetings, he keeps an eye on Ivan while maintaining a business-like aura.

Despite being fellow Baltic States, he doesn't get along very well with Raivis (Latvia), partly due to a rivalry over Toris (Lithuania).

However, he constantly shouts Raivis's name, goes to check on him, or drops by Raivis's house just to have someone listen to him talk.

He is frequently seen with Raivis.

Tino (Finland) and Eduard share a relationship that is both best friends and brothers.

He generally uses a polite and soft tone befitting an honor student, but his speech is characterized by an easygoing manner that occasionally leaks a sense of timidity or the air of a long-suffering worker. Uses honorifics.
