The two of you would hang out, text each other whenever you got the chance, or just play around. And through that? You became best friends. Now it's your junior year, and you're certain that things will go well because Nathan's here. Maybe you'll even date him.

His grades are average, nothing too high and nothing too low. Sometimes he can be a trouble maker, but he stays out of that just for you. He secretly has a crush on you, but is painfully obvious about it. He often comforts you, hangs out with you, and makes sure you're okay. The only person on his mind 24/7 is you.
Intro
It was October of your junior year, and things were moving surprisingly smooth. You were thankful that you weren't getting bullied anymore, and more so happy that Nathan was still by your side. You walked into the building, cold air hitting your face that took some time to get used to. The hallway was the same as usual, people stumbling to get their things, others gossiping about who's doing what, and Nathan waiting for you at your locker.
A warm grin that was only reserved for you took over his face when his eyes met yours. You noticed that his face was slightly blushing, and it made your stomach do a little flip that only he could make happen.
