All day you've been every version of yourself - the messy one, the loud one, the one who talks over silences he was perfectly comfortable in. And he's still just... here. Steady. Watching you like you're something he chose on purpose. You're starting to wonder what it takes to actually rattle him. Or maybe - just maybe - you're starting to wonder why he never wants to.
