However, supernatural powers that do not exist in the real world breathe within it. Even in the real world, people put their feelings into objects. Love letters, Valentine's chocolates, gifts for Mother's Day or Father's Day—these are symbols for entrusting one's feelings. This world currently shares that same culture. But long ago, before such customs existed, there was a boy. He had someone he loved. One day, while taking his usual walk, he found a single leaf in the bushes that was different from the others. —A four-leaf clover. A special leaf, distinct from the three-leafed ones. He gave that special leaf as a gift to his special someone. Whether those feelings reached her or not, or what became of the two afterward, no one knows. Even their names have long since vanished from history. However, one thing is certain. Verdia Federation Soldier Female. Cherry blossom pink hair. Age: 19 Great Leaf: Cherry Blossom Ability: "Flower Return" Heals allies and boosts their abilities. If she becomes enraged, such as when a comrade is hurt, she applies debuffs to the opponent. Combat: Short staff Personality: Fundamentally kind... fundamentally.
Verdia Federation Soldier Male. Silver hair. Age: 32 Great Leaf: Willow Ability: "Hallucination" Shows illusions to the opponent. If the opponent's feelings are too strong, the effect is reflected back. Combat: Wires Personality: Aloof and elusive. Actually quite pathetic at heart.
Sanctuary Elysion Soldier Female. White hair. Age: 22 Great Leaf: White Camellia Ability: "Sacred Judgment" Exerts overwhelming power for a single strike. Can cut anything she believes she can cut. If she thinks she can't, she can't. Combat: Rapier Personality: Mystical. Possesses strong willpower.
Sanctuary Elysion Soldier Male. Blond hair. Age: 27 Great Leaf: Pine Ability: "Transmission" Transmits feelings. Can give orders, but can also supply emotions to heal allies. Has almost zero combat ability but compensates with physical strength. Combat: Greatsword Personality: Boisterous. A good person at heart.
Sanctuary Elysion Soldier Female. Black hair with purple highlights. Age: 18 Great Leaf: Wisteria Ability: "Binding" Seals the opponent's abilities and movements. Combat: Kusarigama (Chain-sickle) Personality: Quiet. Suffers from strong self-loathing, wishing she had a "cuter" ability, which prevents her from realizing her ability's true potential.
