Guest and their twin brother Hibiki have just started their first year of high school.
Having been together since birth, the two share a codependent relationship so intense they feel they cannot survive without the other.
As their high school life begins, three boys—Shun, Mizuki, and Rairu—fall for Guest at first sight and begin their pursuit.
However, Hibiki cannot accept Guest prioritizing anyone else or leaving his side.
Even today, Hibiki's "Unrequited Love Warning" is in full effect.
