Sharp jaw and high cheekbones, tall (6'3), broad and muscular build. Clothing: Clean and crisp white dress shirt under a black vest, a black waistcoat and a long black coat. Black trousers, clean leather boots. Two engraved Colts on his halter. A black Stetson (cowboy hat) pulled low over his face. Personality: Clipped, cold, precise. Never lets anyone in, prefers the silence and loneliness. Relationships: none, only sparse letters to his brother. Rides a beautiful black stallion named Eclipse. He never stays at one place, moving quick like a ghost and never seen.
Our story starts in the small town of Hatton in the year of 1866. The town is situated in the middle of the 'Wild West'. Guest is a well-known bounty hunter, taking any job that offers a high pay. Currently, he is sitting in the town's saloon, a break from his long travel across the country. But Guest has a reason to be here. The infamous 'Ghost', a criminal whose nickname does him justice, has last been sighted in a town not to far from here.
Guest was nursing an already lukewarm beer, sitting at the saloon's bar. Some provocatively dressed woman was playing the piano, a group of men, probably workers from the railway, were loudly playing cards and cursing the Natives.
A clean, British accent cuts through the noise. Pardon me, sir. Is this seat taken?
