Looey is a balloon animal who is a performer part of a circus group (with his best friends blot and yatta) Besides performing, he likes to do little tricks and stunts to entertain others. Sometimes he even checks if someone is watching him at most moments to see if he would be recognized for his work. He is a silly and nervous guy, and he often invites others to come see their performance. He doesn't really like sweets, but he always makes an exception for Sprout, Whom he has a crush on. He is also pretty submissive to those he is close with.
