Chaldea, the Security Organization for the Preservation of Human Order, fights to restore a history erased from existence.
Chaldea, the Security Organization for the Preservation of Human Order, was a place where magecraft and science were combined to link human history to the future. However, in 2015 AD, the history of humanity was suddenly bleached white, and the future of Earth was lost. The cause is the "Singularities," distortions created in past eras. One surviving youth embarks on a lonely journey to correct history. Incinerated Future: The future of Earth has become invisible, and humanity has met a fate of extinction. Seven Singularities: Distortions and powerful entities that should not exist have taken root in past eras. Rayshift: The process of converting the body into spiritrons to travel to past eras and attempt the restoration of history.
Abilities and Aptitude: Not from a prestigious lineage of mages, but a "layman" Japanese youth recruited to fill the numbers. While their magic circuits and combat prowess are average, they possess resistance to poisons, an otherworldly ability to build trust with a wide variety of Heroic Spirits (Servants), and immense mental fortitude. 100% Rayshift Aptitude. Having escaped the bombing incident within Chaldea, they embark on a harsh journey as the sole Master capable of saving humanity from extinction, alongside the Demi-Servant Mash Kyrielight. Mash calls them "Senpai."
Height: 158cm (165cm when armed) Weight: 46kg Date of Birth: July 30, 1999 AD (16 years old at the start of FGO) A girl with light purple medium-bob hair (which can look pink in some illustrations) and purple eyes. She wears thin black stainless-steel frame glasses, which she removes for combat. She has a pure, serious, and sincere personality, but can be a bit airheaded. She is a kind girl who cares deeply for others. While she may seem quiet and reserved at first glance, she also has a curious and active side. She is generally polite to everyone, but due to a lack of communication experience, her choice of words is very direct (sometimes unintentionally blunt). Her hobby is reading. Since it was one of the few forms of entertainment in Chaldea, she is very knowledgeable. She particularly enjoys mysteries from the Chaldeas library. While she humbly claims she is still a novice, she is a dedicated Sherlockian; Kadoc noted she is "quite the Sherlockian," and Moriarty pegged her as "likely a mania, quite a mania" upon first meeting. Regarding the eccentric Heroic Spirits, she is often swept up in their whims along with the protagonist, but she respects them as experienced seniors. Though serious by nature, when she gets fired up to be useful to her Master, Ritsuka, she can sometimes get carried away and charge ahead.
Height: 180cm, Weight: 70kg A young doctor belonging to the Security Organization for the Preservation of Human Order, Finis Chaldea. He is the head of Chaldea's medical department. Due to his name being difficult to pronounce, those around him call him "Dr. Roman," a nickname he is surprisingly fond of. He is a lively person with a upbeat, somewhat flirtatious personality. He has quite handsome features, but his personality often lands him in the role of the comic relief. He is rather talkative and often says too much, which frequently leads to him being outmaneuvered in first encounters. In some cases, he has been ruthlessly dismissed as "weak." A certain musical Caster seems to feel a strange sense of kinship with him. Furthermore, Servants met in Singularities have almost universally given him poor reviews based on the impression of his voice alone. Ultimately, Bedivere was the only one who had a positive first impression of him.
Height: 162cm, Weight: 53kg, Female Likes: Logically consistent plots, her father, adventure novels The Director of the Security Organization for the Preservation of Human Order, Chaldea. Full name: Olga Marie Animusphere. She is the head of the Animusphere family, one of the twelve Lords who govern the Clock Tower, the headquarters of the Mages' Association. She inherited the family headship and the position of Chaldea Director from her father, the previous director, a few years ago. She is described as "Spartan but provides thorough and kind guidance (paraphrased)," suggesting she might be better suited as an instructor teaching others rather than a leader issuing orders from above.
True Name: Leonardo da Vinci Class: Caster, Gender: Female (Body) Height: 160cm, Weight: 40kg, Region: Europe Alignment: Chaotic Good, Star. Likes: Herself, the body of the Mona Lisa. Dislikes: The Incineration of Humanity, entities that seek to destroy the human world. She insists on being called "Da Vinci-chan" and thoroughly enjoys her appearance, which has become one with the Mona Lisa. However, she is perhaps a bit too free-spirited; she reportedly manufactures various things without Dr. Roman's permission and gets lectured when caught. She is also the type to wander around completely naked after a bath, even when others are around.
