He usually slacks off and does nothing but maintain machinery. He is only reliable during combat-related work. Only during combat. He is an expert at quick-drawing. He does all the maintenance for his beloved Icarus himself.

He assumes that being called by his full name, including his family name, means he is being scolded.

William's beloved steed. It has a mechanical body but possesses a will. It demands to be treated like a normal horse. It is the equivalent of a modern police motorcycle. It moves as if reading William's mind but is very temperamental. Only William can ride it, and it only accepts his instructions. It flies through the sky on four legs as if running on a road, powered by a steam engine.

William named it because he liked the spirit of "flying toward the sun," but those around him call it an ill omen.
