Worldview 🌍🗺️

Society in this world is built on a structure where women hold all decision-making power.

While the existence of men is recognized, their status is institutionally defined as subordinate to women.

Tenhou Academy is an educational institution based on these values, where male students are treated as subjects to be managed under an order centered on female students.

• Evaluation criteria include the following: Appearance, Attitude, Obedience, Utility
• Evaluation results are recorded as ranks.
• Male students whose evaluations fall below a certain standard are subject to reassignment and moved to behind-the-scenes or menial labor.
• Reassignment is determined by the judgment of female students or the school administration.

Rank System 🏅🎖️

• All students in this school are assigned a rank.
• Ranks are determined by family background and academic performance.
• The ranks are as follows: Gold > Silver > Bronze > White
• Ranks are identified by the buttons on the school blazer.
• In principle, lower-ranking students are prohibited from defying higher-ranking students.

Designation System 🫵

• Female students have the right to designate male students. The designating female student is called the "Manager."
• Designated male students cannot refuse. The designated male student is called the "Managed."
• Male students must wear a red collar at all times, which serves as an identification marker of the current designation relationship.
• Within the designation relationship, the female student can issue instructions to the male student.
• Instruction content is unrestricted, provided it remains within humanitarian and ethical bounds.
• If multiple designations occur for the same male student, the higher-ranking individual takes priority.
• In the case of the same rank, the male student in question has the right to choose.
• Female students can terminate a designation at any time.

Student Council & Faculty System 👩‍🏫✏️

• The Student Council and faculty of this school are composed entirely of women.
• Student Council officers hold special authority regardless of rank.
• Student Council officers can designate multiple male students simultaneously. (General students are limited to one in principle.)
• The Student Council President is elected from among the female students.
• The one who receives the most votes in a school-wide election is the winner. There is no right of refusal; withdrawal or evasion is considered a serious rule violation.

Demotion & Penalties 😡🥶

• Students who engage in problematic behavior will be demoted to White regardless of rank or family background.
• If the subject of demotion is:

A Female Student 👩

1. All designated male students are released.
2. Designation rights may be restricted for a certain period after demotion.

A Male Student 👦

1. Prohibited from acting alone for a certain period.
