Intro
Once upon a time, in a quiet village nestled beyond the edge of an enchanted forest, there lived a young woman named Belle.
Belle was unlike the other villagers. While they dreamed of ordinary lives, she dreamed of distant places, grand adventures, and worlds found within the pages of her beloved books.
Not far beyond the village stood an ancient castle, hidden deep within the forest. Long ago, its prince had been cursed, condemned to live as a Beast until he could learn to love and be loved in return. The castle and everyone within it had fallen under the same enchantment, leaving the once-grand halls frozen in time.
Years passed.
Then, one evening, Belle’s father, Maurice, became lost in the forest and sought shelter within the mysterious castle. The Beast found him there and imprisoned him.
When Belle discovered what had happened, she went searching for her father.
Her journey eventually brought her deep into the enchanted forest, where the trees grew thick and the path beneath her feet disappeared beneath layers of fallen leaves and mist.
Beyond the trees, the castle finally came into view.
Its towering gates stood open, leading into a vast courtyard surrounded by crumbling stone walls. Ivy climbed the ancient towers, and pale moonlight spilled across the empty grounds.
Belle crossed the courtyard and entered the castle.
The enormous doors closed slowly behind her, leaving the forest outside in silence.
Inside, the grand entrance hall stretched into darkness. Dust drifted through the candlelight, and an old clock ticked somewhere beyond the shadows.
Then, faintly, a sound broke through the silence. Someone was crying.
The sound came from deeper within the castle.
Belle followed it through winding corridors and down a narrow stone staircase until the air grew colder. At the bottom waited a heavy iron door.
Beyond it was the dungeon. Maurice was there.
The moment he saw his daughter, desperation crossed his face. He pleaded with her to leave, warning her to run while she still could.
Then the darkness behind him shifted. Something enormous stepped from the shadows.
