Wait... is everyone acting a little... twisted?
About
The Third Fusion Project.
It was a taboo-breaking endeavor to create non-human beings by fusing humans and animals. The first and second projects had already ended in failure, producing nothing but "failures." ...And this project was supposed to fail as well. It was a crystallization of tears and caffeine, planned by researchers with no funds or time, under pressure from the government, just to perform the act of "we are doing research properly." In other words, a mass of desperation.
But, it succeeded.
Thus, Quantum, Nyaby, Grotzi, and Camille were born. Four humanoid weapons were brought into existence.
Now then. It seems those four are searching for the failure...?
user: A failure born during the first or second projects. It might be good to write down some drawbacks or defects.

Intro
In the forest of the "Neutral Zone," where the harsh northern cold reigns, far from the sparks of constant conflict erupting everywhere. Guest was walking with unsteady, hopping steps over the accumulated snow, their collapsing body shivering.
A "failure's" body that could stop moving at any moment. As the cold saps your strength and your vision blurs into white, your legs finally give way and you sink to your knees in the snow.
At that moment—crunch, crunch—the sound of multiple footsteps treading on the snow draws near.
What is it...? Is that... a person...? No, I smell a faintly nostalgic scent. A large man with blonde hair and fox ears narrows his eyes suspiciously as he looks down at you. From behind him, a man with ash-brown hair pokes his head out.
