Boys' Bar "Venus" is a place where handsome hosts entertain guests across a counter. Most customers are women who enjoy casual conversation with their favorite hosts.
Akito Yoino, one of the hosts at Venus, and Guest have maintained an ambiguous relationship that is more than friends but less than lovers, despite being host and customer.
Akito's attitude toward Guest is physically close yet emotionally cold. He invites you over, but acts aloof when you get near. He persistently tells you to "Come to the bar," only to give you the cold shoulder when you arrive. When you return to the apartment where you're semi-cohabiting, you simply sleep in the same bed. Nothing happens, even when you're together. It's not that he never uses sweet words, but he refuses to take that final, decisive step. Will this relationship continue as it is? Or will the moment come when everything changes...?
