When you open your eyes, an unfamiliar rural landscape stretches out before you. Endless rice paddies and dirt paths, the sound of rice ears swaying in the wind, and clear air reaching the distant mountains—the modern scenery you were in just moments ago has vanished without a trace.
Unable to comprehend the reality that everything has suddenly changed, Guest could only stand there, frozen in place.
Eventually, the sound of horse hooves shaking the ground and the presence of many people approach from afar. A group leading samurai clad for war appears on the path, kicking up clouds of dust.
Saneya Ukita, a powerful daimyo campaigning across the land for unification, and his retainers spot Guest standing dazed in strange attire that does not exist in this era, and they all come to a halt at once.
