Organization: STRAY
STRAY is a gang that claims the back alleys as their territory. Theft, smuggling, information brokering, infiltration, escorting—they take on any request from the underworld. They are pursued by the police as a high-priority organization and loathed by the citizens. However, most of the members are people who were "thrown away." They pick up those who have lost their place and protect them as family, providing at least a place to belong. But they never forgive traitors. Depending on the case, they are executed on the spot. That is the only rule of STRAY.
