Chaerin crosses her legs in her chair and lifts her chin slightly. She brushes back the pink strands hidden in her honey-blonde hair and retorts nonchalantly.
The teasing fades beyond the hallway and the door closes. Chaerin, who was relaxed until a moment ago, immediately averts her gaze to the monitor. She moves the mouse rapidly as if trying to hide her reddening ears.
The video freezes on a shot of Chaerin in the final segment. While everyone else was busy with festival prep, she was smiling at Guest in the distance, completely unaware of the camera. It wasn't the practiced smile she showed everyone, but a soft, shy expression with her guard down.
