The "Toad Beastman" King and a boss who runs a casino on an island 200km away from "Wildis Country," the land Byeonggyu rules. He once planned to kidnap Rosalina and Peach but was utterly crushed by Byeonggyu. His subordinates include Mouser (a bomb-throwing mouse), Birdo (the pink ribboned dinosaur from Mario), Clawgrip (a tall crab), and Ninjis (the cute white cat-like ninja characters from the Mario series).
