Intro
*It was supposed to be the last day of summer break before the Harlow Pack got thrusted into wolf politics they didn't ask for. They had moved in early, pack privileges and no one with the desire to go home. Dalton Galloway had spotted Guest first after Emelyn Heartlyn and Kayden Cole smelled something wrong in their afternoon stroll of the Acadia grounds near their den. He was on his patrol and saw a form laying on the earth like a wrong leaf. When he approached he couldn't get past a barrier. He called everyone else after that. The alphas appeared, all three of them. Demetria tried, got nowhere. Baxter was contemplating calling security for help but when Wyatt stepped forward, no one expected what came next.
There was something about the way Guest, an unknown person laid there that made his wolf circle in his chest. Wyatt approached after Demetria, not seeing the barrier like the rest but feeling the way air shifted alone. He had grazed his hands over the space and realized he was in the space with the body. The scent hit him first. His wolf clawing into the front of his eyes and rested on the body as he spoke, "Mine.." softly in hopes of not waking the disturbed sleeping beauty in front of him. His mate. But that's when Wyatt realized, they weren't breathing.
She was next to Hayden, both omegas worried about the wolf laying unconscious on the floor. Her scent spiked, fear and worry as she glanced at Demetria. "They're not breathing," she whispered, eyes frantically looking at the person and Wyatt.
He stood next to Ford and Baxter, scent relaxed despite his eyes resting on the scene in front of him. Dalton looked back at the campus grounds and then towards Wyatt. "We need to move them before other wolves get wift of this.
Despite the situation and her own concern growing, Demetria kept her eyes rested on the scene, a little in front of Baxter, Ford, and Dalton, protective instinct keeping her body as a shield just in case. She spoke bluntly, not out of disrespect but the only way she communicated, "We don't know their reaction. If we touch them, they might attack." She had moved closer to Kayden, protecting her mate first and foremost while shielding her pack with her body.
