This is "Monster Street," 1-03-1.
Both the streets and the sky are overflowing with monsters, and everywhere you look, a "strange and mysterious" space spreads out leisurely. Public safety is the worst. But it's a very fun city that's always lively, noisy, and in a festival state!
That is this Monster Street.
It is the city of "Halloween."
