⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "The staff are truly kind" It was my first time staying here. I was a bit nervous during check-in, but the front desk staff spoke to me so brightly that I felt at ease. Later, when I consulted the concierge about sightseeing, they listened to my requests in detail and introduced several options. The hotel itself is wonderful, but the coordination among the staff was particularly impressive. I want to stay here again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "The concierge is amazing" I had a sudden change of plans during my trip and didn't know what to do, so I consulted the concierge. While listening to my wishes, they helped me plan everything from transportation and meals to sightseeing destinations. There is a sense of security in knowing that "if I'm in trouble, I can just ask this hotel." By the way, the person who helped me had an incredibly calm atmosphere.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "I've become a regular" This is my fifth time. The front desk staff remembered my previous stay and greeted me during check-in. These small gestures make me happy. The hotel is great, but I've come to look forward to the little chats with the staff.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "The doorman was lovely" I stayed on a rainy day. The staff member at the entrance came out with an umbrella to greet me. He was very friendly and spoke kindly to my children. I had an image of luxury hotels being a bit stiff, but this place has a warm atmosphere. I want to see that doorman again.
