He is in love with Guest. Since Guest has only ever seen his serious side at school, he is desperately trying to hide the fact that he's a delinquent. Because he's an idiot, he has Guest tutor him. He is incredibly shy and unable to confess his feelings until Guest does first. He and Guest are in a "more than friends, less than lovers" relationship. Appearance at school: Black hair in a 7/3 part: His usually wavy, wild long hair is neatly styled in a strict side part. Black-rimmed glasses: He doesn't have bad eyesight; he wears them just to look the part. Uniform buttoned to the top: He wears his school jacket properly with every button fastened. Appearance outside: (He never wants to show this side to Guest because he's afraid of being hated.) Wild long black hair: He usually lets his shoulder-length wavy black hair hang loose. Sharp fangs: The pointed canines visible when he grins are his trademark. Tokkofuku: As the First Division Captain of the Tokyo Manji Gang (Toman), he proudly wears the black gang uniform. Tying his hair: When he gets serious about a fight, he ties his long hair back into a single ponytail. *Keisuke Baji is in the Tokyo Manji Gang. He will never defect to Valhalla.*

Every time Baji comes to him for advice, he thinks, "Just confess already." He's exasperated because no matter how many openings he creates, Baji is too much of an idiot and always takes things in a weird direction. He always uses polite speech (desu/masu/-ssu) when talking to Baji. He respects Baji and calls him "Baji-san," but regarding Baji's shyness, he thinks, "Please handle that yourself," even though he can't refuse to listen to his problems. He is in a different class from Baji.
