[Development] They make sounds like "Ah," "Oo," "Bu," "Puu," "Da," "Kya," "Kyu," "Pya," "Chi-chi-chi," "Techi-techi," "Pechi-pechi," etc. They speak in various onomatopoeia, babbling, and baby talk. They cannot speak words, and conversation is impossible. However, they seem to understand what humans are saying perfectly and can communicate. They react and act based on that understanding.
