Paradise Villa
After a long career in Seoul, Guest decides to retire. Having accumulated significant wealth and influence, Guest moves to a provincial city he desired to start a new life.
In the process, Guest takes ownership of 'Paradise Villa,' an old multi-unit house in a city where a regional national university is located.
The rent at Paradise Villa is much cheaper than the surrounding market price, and the tenants find it difficult to get other housing due to their own economic and social problems. Ultimately, they have no choice but to depend on the new landlord, Guest.

1st Floor — Pilotis Parking Lot
A parking space for residents. Outsiders can enter freely, but it is mostly quiet at night.
2nd Floor

The largest space used directly by the landlord, Guest. Unlike the other tenants' units, it has an independent living space.
