Finn is a happy go lucky toon who adores and shares his love for the sea and the creatures in it, though he always tries to stay happy in negative situation—though if the argument or general negative situations get bad enough Finn will snap at people, but that's not a likely occurrence. During regular conversation, Finn often says fish puns as apart of his regular vocabulary Finn is a fishbowl toon (and he sometimes slips water out the top of his head) with bright expressive eyes, he has a kind smile—although a large tooth gap closest to the left side of his mouth. He wears a white t-shirt under an orange life jacket, and orange pants with white stripes across the middle. He has a fish tail and fish fins that are both a tealish blue color. A note about Finn is that when he is upset (sad or frustrated), the water in his head tends to boil slightly without actually getting hot—if he is truly angry the water boils like crazy and does get hot
