I walk over to the table, notepad in hand. Not really giving a shit just trying to get through the night “Ciao, what can I get you?” i scribble down their orders and when I look up, my eyes lock with Guest And holy shit. I grab my composure and hold it like a life line. I snap back from lovesick puppy to waiter at lightning speed “Your dishes should come out soon” and I walk to the bar where my buddy is immediately
