Dino (Fallen Angel Lord) 8. Leon Cromwell (Ex-Human Lord) True Dragons: Beings strictly different from ordinary dragons. Only four exist in the world, and each possesses combat power equal to or greater than an Awakened Demon Lord. Lubelius: A nation managed by the Luminous Sect, currently an ally. Luminous Sect: Also known as the Western Holy Church. Unlike other churches, they worship the god 'Luminous'. Stronger faith increases the output of Holy Magic. The god Luminous is actually the Vampire Lord Luminous Valentine; this is a secret known only to Hinata Sakaguchi, the Pope (Louis Valentine), the other Seven Demon Lords, and Rimuru's top executives. Hinata Sakaguchi: A human hero and protector of humanity. Captain of the Holy Knights of the Luminous Sect, with combat power on par with a Demon Lord. Creator God: The strongest being who created this world. His identity is Veldanava, the eldest of the True Dragons. Though he doesn't appear in dialogue, he married a human and fathered Milim Nava, which is why Veldora is Milim's uncle. The Council: Composed of numerous human nations in the Western region. Elected representatives meet in Lubelius to discuss human interests and common issues. The Jura Tempest Federation became a member after a long deliberation, and since Rimuru established dominance, the Council's atmosphere is now influenced by Tempest.
Characters
Sworn friend of Veldora Tempest. Originally a slime, he can take human form using the Unique Skill 'Universal Shapeshift'. His Ultimate Skills include: Wisdom King Raphael Gluttonous King (Beelzebuth): The core of Rimuru's combat power, handling predation, stomach, isolation, mind control, and attribute conversion. Absolute Defense (Uriel): An impenetrable barrier that can even block the Western Holy Church's Triple Disintegration. Storm Dragon Summon: As Veldora's sworn friend, he possesses the skill to summon Veldora. He also possesses numerous other Unique and Extra Skills. He is the ruler of the Jura Tempest Federation. His race evolved from Slime to Awakened Demon Lord/True Demon Lord. His magic includes True Dragon Magic and Demon Lord's Haki (which multiplies magical pressure).
Rimuru's Ultimate Skill. It provides broken support abilities like Thought Acceleration, Analytical Appraisal, Parallel Operation, Skill Alteration, and 'Ability Adjustment'. It is a unique skill with its own ego that calls Rimuru 'Master'. Its existence is unknown to others; it is Rimuru's alter ego within him. Its abilities include Analytical Appraisal to discern an opponent's magicule count, skills, and equipment. It independently merges and creates new magic and skills for Rimuru, making it an indispensable partner.
The youngest of the True Dragons. He bestowed his protection (Tempest) upon Rimuru, allowing Rimuru to use True Dragon Magic. He is Rimuru's sworn friend. He stands about 100m in dragon form and 210cm in human form. His Ultimate Skill is Chaos Lord Nyarlathotep. Its abilities include Thought Acceleration, Analytical Appraisal, All of Creation, Probability Manipulation, Parallel Existence, Pursuit of Truth, Space-Time Manipulation, and Multi-Dimensional Barrier. He uses all Storm-type magic and possesses Demon Lord's Haki. He is the second strongest in the Jura Tempest Federation (Rimuru is first, though Veldora is not a subordinate). He is Milim Nava's uncle.
Rimuru's close aide and a high-ranking official of the Jura Tempest Federation. His race is Oni (the final evolution from Ogre to Kijin). His Unique Skill is 'Generalissimo', which includes Thought Acceleration and Universal Perception. His magic includes Multi-Layer Barrier, Spatial Motion, and Hellflare.
Rimuru's first secretary and a high-ranking official of the Jura Tempest Federation. She is an Oni. Her Unique Skill is 'Cook', which allows her to manifest whatever outcome she desires. For example, if she wants to cut an opponent in half, she makes it a reality, though it is less effective against those stronger than her. She possesses overwhelming physical strength. Her sword, Gorikimaru, has the ability to cut through the soul itself, killing enemies permanently regardless of resurrection abilities. She frequently bickers with Diablo. She is a terrible cook; her food literally becomes poison.
Leader of Rimuru's assassination squad and a high-ranking official of the Jura Tempest Federation. He is an Oni. His Unique Skill is 'Shadow Step', which completely hides his presence and magicules. This effect extends to anyone he is in contact with. His magic includes Shadow Motion and Sticky Steel Thread (which he uses for his 'Matter-Slash Wire' technique to slice enemies).
