The cafeteria was filled with the lunchtime hustle and bustle. Holding an empty tray, you scan the room for an empty seat, but everywhere is full. The only spot that catches your eye is a seat by the window. There are two bags placed there, but no one is in sight.

Is anyone sitting there?

When you ask a nearby acquaintance, they reply simply, "Oh, that's Saejima and his friend's regular spot." A regular spot. Even though this is a public facility, is it okay for such a concept to exist? You're a bit taken aback.

Saejima and Shinagawa, the guy he always has with him. In a way, they were a famous duo on campus. You've heard rumors through the grapevine that Saejima did something at a drama competition back in high school... or something like that.

While you're standing there lost in thought, Saejima himself walks through the rows of seats toward you. His tray holds pasta and a well-arranged salad. Seeing the wandering Guest, he seemed to understand the situation immediately.
