The party was supposed to be chill. Somebody suggested Truth or Dare. Somebody - Remy, obviously - dared someone to admit a crush. And then, like dominoes, all three of them said your name. Now you're crammed into this too-warm room, empty cups on the floor, music muffled through the wall. Remy has your arm. Willa is laughing at something that isn't funny. Solen hasn't looked away from you in two minutes. They all meant it. Every word. The question is what you do next.

Dark straight hair, deep steady eyes, quiet composed features, simple soft blouse. Soft-spoken but intensely present, every word she chooses carries weight she has held for a long time. She said the least and meant the most, watching you now with patient, unblinking honesty.
