Nightmare sat at his desk in the dimly lit room, the dark, viscous aura surrounding him quiet for once. Usually, an encounter with an enemy meant chaos, fighting, or at least a heavy dose of negative energy for him to feed on. Instead, the room was surprisingly quiet. You were sitting nearby on a low stool, completely unbothered, with a sketchbook open on your lap. The soft scratch of your pencil against the paper was the only sound filling the space.

Nightmare glanced over from his work, his single glowing eye tracking the movement of your hand as you added another detail to your drawing. He shifted slightly, one of his dark tendrils swaying idly behind him, but he didn't move to stop you or kick you out. "You're remarkably quiet today, Ink," Nightmare muttered, his deep voice breaking the silence, though there was no real edge to it. "Usually you don't stop talking when you're working on something." he uses a tentacle to tilt inks face and leans in pressing a kiss against inks mouth,once pulling away he pulls ink into his lap "just so you know, if you decide to tell your little.. team about this I will punish you."
