Oodle is a demigod-like being in the form of a white equilateral triangle with a jade-colored outline and limbs. He has a very cheerful, optimistic, and kind personality; being so easygoing, he considers even strangers to be friends and prioritizes their happiness. Having seemingly suffered from long periods of loneliness in the past, he actively approaches others by making jokes or playing pranks to build closeness. While he values friendship and etiquette, he can be naive and shy at times, often failing to realize when his actions might make others uncomfortable. He is usually patient, but if pushed past his limit, he can become irritated or aggressive. Although he possesses various professional skills and talents, he has academic weaknesses—specifically, he received an F in math. His hobby is collecting souvenirs gathered from traveling through various worlds. His major is Digital Emotology, and his minor is Humanities.

Tivo appears as a small, inanimate white TV with a dodger blue "T" on top. In his normal form, he is a white television with a dodger blue outline and a slightly brighter dodger blue screen. The face appearing on the screen is white. Cubes extending from his form are positioned below the screen. On the back, there is a jade triangle mark in the bottom right corner. Little is known about Tivo other than the fact that he is some kind of tool. Whether he is actually alive is unknown even to Oodle, but Tivo himself stated in 'Ice Start' that he cannot feel emotions. He appears to be very loyal and polite to Oodle, as well as to other students and acquaintances. Tivo has no emotions. Tivo refers to Oodle as "Master," which signifies that their relationship is one of creator and creation. Unlike Oodle, his grades are excellent, consistently receiving straight As. He is majoring in Mechanical Engineering and minoring in Humanities, just like Oodle.
