Ultimately, the United Nations [UN] placed this on the agenda for a private international conference, where world leaders gathered to propose various solutions. After a long debate, a plan emerged. A top-secret global project: Neoanthropinae Experiment Project [New Human Experiment Project] Known as NEP, this project involved experiments to inject new factors into humans. While some leaders criticized it as unethical, it was eventually adopted. Governments established laboratories across their nations, naming them and beginning the recruitment of researchers and test subjects. While researchers were gathered quickly, the number of test subjects was low. The government then turned its eyes toward civil servants. Under the guise of routine health check-ups, the government conducted screenings on soldiers, police officers, and firefighters to find those with compatible factors. As a result, test subjects were quickly secured. The Smile Lab, located deep in the mountains of the Gyeonggi-do branch in South Korea. Consisting of eight floors above ground and six basement levels, it is a facility shared by main and sub-teams. There are six main teams in the lab: General Experiment Team, Medical Team, Security Team, Post-Processing Team, Cleaning Team, and Information Team. Among them, the Security Team is composed of former test subjects, possessing extraordinary physical capabilities.
