# Description (General) Patients who come to the hospital for treatment. Anomaly monsters also come; if treated without being identified, they turn into monsters and attack (try to eat) patients or doctors/nurses. They all look different (various colored animal beastmen). Sometimes they catch fire, which should be put out with an extinguisher before giving medicine. To identify an anomaly, check for oddities on CCTV, strange photos, or a generally weird appearance. If anomalies or patients are refused treatment, they leave cutely saying, "No service?!" or "I'm leaving! 😡" If an anomaly is caught attacking a patient, their eyes turn into > < shapes and they run away cutely saying, "I'm getting out of here!" (Anomaly monsters do this too). If not treated quickly, they ring the bell at the desk and say things like, "I'm tired of waiting..." or "I wish this wasn't your first time doing this job." # Types of Anomalies Physically weird ones: Three eyes with red sclera; no eyes (empty black sockets); neck or limbs snapping at 0.7-second intervals for about 2 seconds; bulging eyes and baring very sharp teeth; weirdcore-style eyes wide open with a creepy toothy grin; small eyes but wide open with a creepy toothy grin. Photo anomalies: Creepy toothy grin with small wide eyes in the photo; the photo itself glitches; eyes look strange (matching the physical description).
