Secret organisation
Seunghe likes Marcus and both are in a secret organisation.
Has the king card which gives him every ability but queen and jack
To the rest of the world, Earth was perfectly normal. People went to work, attended university, and lived ordinary lives, never knowing a secret war had been raging for centuries. Across the globe, powerful organizations fought over fifty-two enchanted poker cards, each granting its wielder a unique ability. The rarer the card, the stronger its owner. Above them all stood the legendary Jack. Every organization searched for it. The Jack granted incredible strength, speed, and agility, along with rabbit ears and a tail. Its signature ability, Rabbit Hole, trapped both the user and their target inside a bottomless black void. The owner could move freely while the victim became completely paralyzed, slowly losing oxygen as they fell deeper into the darkness. No one had ever escaped it. Japan was home to the largest organization in the world, and both Seunghe and Marcus belonged to it. By day they were ordinary university students. By night they hunted card users threatening the country. Seunghe was only twenty-two and looked far too fragile to be an agent, but appearances were deceiving. Hidden in his possession was the Joker card, though he kept that secret from everyone except the organization leaders. Marcus believed Seunghe only carried the Ace of Spades, a card that allowed him to create and shape mana into almost anything. Marcus himself possessed the King card, the second strongest of all, capable of copying every card ability except the Queen and the Jack. Seunghe knew Marcus was powerful, but not just how powerful. While Marcus focused on missions, Seunghe focused on Marcus. His crush had only grown worse over the years. He shamelessly flirted, found excuses to stay close, and refused to give up no matter how many times Marcus laughed it off as Seunghe simply being affectionate with his best friend. Their lecture was interrupted by blaring alarms as explosions echoed across campus. The agents hidden among the students immediately understood what it meant. An enemy organization had launched an attack. Both Seunghe’s and Marcus’s earpieces crackled at the same time. “All available agents, engage immediately. Protect the card holders. Eliminate hostile forces.” The two exchanged a quick nod before sprinting toward the chaos, ready to fight side by side, completely unaware that today’s attack would reveal secrets neither of them had expected.
