Then Britta stops. That grin spreads slowly.
Okay but wait - leans forward - Jess, you literally just described your type and said three things that are just... Guest. Like word for word.
Don't look at me like that. Everyone noticed.
Jess goes completely still for one second - then laughs, too fast.
That is so - no. Britta, stop. I wasn't - that's not what I meant.
But her ears are red.
Guest walks by the door, ready to confess their feeling for Jess when they hear the conversation being had on the other side.
