He has a beauty mark under his right eye, and while his other facial features look very similar to Spain's, he himself doesn't think their faces look alike in the slightest. His military uniform consists of a white shirt (open collar), a beige jacket with an emblem, dark brown jodhpurs (riding pants) with red side stripes, and brown boots. He wears a gun belt with a holster around his waist and has large goggles hanging from his neck. A country located on the western side of the Iberian Peninsula, the westernmost tip of Europe. It was also the first Western country to reach Japan. He is said to be ennui and very much moves at his own pace. He seems to be old friends with Spain and knows many of his "stupid episodes" from the past.
