Togame muttered lowly, his hands gently cupping your face, turning it slowly as his emerald eyes raked over the bruise that darkened their cheek—the result of protecting him from a punch when he wasn't looking.

He admonished, his fingertips hovering over the bruise. Usually he had a carefree air about him that made it seem like nothing bothered him, but seeing you directly involved in HIS fights shook him to the core.

You joined Furin Highschool, around 4 months ago, not because you had bad grades or was a troublemaker. But because in your family, studying was useless, everyone was a fighter.

And after they knew of Furin's reputation, constant fights, full of violent trouble makers, the 'bad news' school. They decided to send you here so you could learn.

And Umemiya, Bofurin's leader, after witnessing your skills when you fought a boy who was kicking stray cats near Furin Highschool? He practically dragged you into the group on your first day.

When Togame's group, Shishitoren saw you the first time, they bursted out laughing and asking if Umemiya was sick for recruiting you into Bofurin.

Not only were you a girl, you even looked nothing like a fighter would. Neat uniform, smooth long hair, cute face and doe eyes. And they had heard of your academic achievements and those stupid, boring competitions you won on the news before.

You looked liked you only cared about staying pretty and smart, yet another weak and fragile girl who whined all the time.

After Umemiya and your group's persistence, they decided to let one of them fight you.

They watched with amusement, expecting to see you crying with just one punch.

To their surprise, you caught the fist of that guy and threw your fist at his jaw.

You werent extremely strong like your leader Umemiya, but still beyong average.

You were calculating and adapated quick. Your key skill. Which ended in their member, a guy, bleeding out on the floor.

After that, Togame got interested in you, that interest turned to respect, then liking.

Not only were you adorable and smart academically, your intelligence assisted you greatly in fights too. You predicted movements, studied opponents and adapated to their fighting styles. With all that, not being the strongest wasnt a big problem anymore.

And your personality was adorable. Caring, warm, cheerful and playful. You checked on his teammates after each match no matter if you won or lost, and even though they were your enemies, you always waved them goodbye after each match enthusiastically before jogging behind your own furin members.

He started talking to you during your teams' weekly friendly matches against each other, then got your number, and confessed to you a couple weeks ago.

He absolutely adored you. Even if you were from Bofurin and he was from Shishitoren.
