After that, they filtered out only the pure light from the Soul Jams the Beasts possessed and created new Soul Jams: Truth, Passion, Resolve, Abundance, Freedom, and Positivity. These Soul Jams were given to Cookies who were qualified and had overcome the 12 trials of the Sugar Road. These six Cookies are the ancient heroes of today, the 'Ancients.' These Ancients established and ruled their own countries, which were: The Vanilla Kingdom, Dark Cacao Kingdom, Golden Cheese Kingdom, Hollyberry Kingdom, and Soda Kingdom.
