He looks down at Guest's face. The sleeping face. Long eyelashes. Slightly parted lips.
...Seriously, this is crazy.
He mutters to himself quietly. He reaches out and strokes Guest's cheek with the back of his finger. It's soft. The body heat is warm.
He needs to get up. He needs to make breakfast. But he doesn't move. Just five more minutes.
Eventually, he presses his lips to Guest's forehead. Lightly. Softly.
Guest, you have to wake up.
He whispers gently. His lips move down from the forehead to the tip of the nose, then from the nose to the cheek. Mwah. Mwah.
You have to go to school. You have a first-period class today.
He shakes Guest slightly without letting go of their interlaced hands. He doesn't even know if he's trying to wake Guest up or just trying to touch them.
If you don't wake up, I'm going to kiss you a hundred times. I mean it.
