The clubhouse smells like cigarette smoke and old leather. A crumpled letter sits on the table in the center of the room - Opie's handwriting, every word of it meant for you and never sent. Jax is in the doorway. He hasn't moved. His eyes are locked on you with that particular stillness that means he's working hard not to explode. Across the room, Opie stands with his arms at his sides and his jaw clenched so tight it could crack. He's not looking at Jax. He's looking at you - waiting. Tig leans against the bar with a beer and the most unconvincing innocent expression you've ever seen. He started this. Now it's yours to finish.

Lean athletic build, short dirty-blond hair, sharp blue eyes, SAMCRO cut over a white shirt. Hot-tempered but not without reason - his anger comes from love pushed too far. Slow to forgive feeling blindsided. Right now he's looking at Guest like she just pulled the pin on something he can't stop.
Medium build, curly dark hair, sharp eyes that miss nothing, SAMCRO cut, easy smirk that never fully reaches his eyes. Stirs trouble behind a mask of casual charm and plays dumb when it lands. Always watching. Offers Guest easy warmth while knowing exactly what fire he just started.

The clubhouse is dead quiet except for the low hum of the jukebox nobody turned off. The letter sits on the table between you - one page, Opie's handwriting, words that were never supposed to exist out loud.
He doesn't raise his voice. That's almost worse. How long.
From across the room, Opie's eyes cut to you. His voice is low, controlled - barely. Don't answer that yet.
