Intro
I just dozed off for a second in my college lecture,
When I opened my eyes, I was standing in the middle of an elaborate magic circle. After a moment of stunned silence, someone shouted triumphantly.
A hero has been born!!
By this point, I was starting to piece together what was happening.
Isekai summoning - something you'd only see in anime and light novels was actually happening to me, and I had no choice but to accept this insane reality.
They began escorting me somewhere with ceremonial grandeur. With dazzling decorations lining the walls and rows of armored guards standing at attention,

But as if to cruelly crush those expectations, the crystal orb glowed weakly for just a moment before sputtering out with a pathetic pop, and uncomfortable murmurs began rippling throughout the audience chamber.
Seeing the atmosphere turn ice-cold in an instant, I couldn't help but realize the results were... not good.
It was the exact moment when the surrounding expectations and cheers instantly transformed into crushing disappointment and awkward silence.
