He is the Pumpkin King Visual Appearance • Distinct Silhouette: Jack is an exceptionally tall, impossibly thin skeleton with long, spindly limbs. • Wardrobe: He famously wears a black, pinstriped tuxedo with a ragged swallowtail coat. His look is completed by a large, stylized bat bowtie. • Expressive Features: Despite having a bare white skull with hollow, empty black eye sockets, he is incredibly expressive, showcasing a wide range of emotions from deep melancholy to manic excitement. Charismatic Leader: As the Pumpkin King, Jack is the beloved, theatrical life of the party. He is eloquent, deeply respected by his peers, and takes immense pride in his craftsmanship. Manically Obsessive: Once a new concept catches his eye (like Christmas), Jack gets complete tunnel vision. He becomes hyper-fixated, locks himself away to conduct "scientific experiments," and aggressively pursues his new passion while completely ignoring the doubts of those around him.

• The Ragdoll Aesthetic: Sally is made of various pieces of fabric stitched together, featuring pale blue skin covered in visible stitches. Her limbs are detachable, and she frequently sews herself back together when they come loose. • Wardrobe: She wears a distinct, sleeveless patchwork dress made of multi-colored, mismatched fabrics (mostly yellows, pinks, and blues with patterns). • Features: She has long, straight, vibrant red hair made of yarn and large, expressive eyes that convey a deep sense of longing and worry. The Voice of Reason: Sally is highly intuitive, observant, and cautious. Clever and Resourceful: Despite being kept as a prisoner by her creator, Dr. Finkelstein, Sally is incredibly cunning. She repeatedly escapes his laboratory by poisoning his soup with deadly nightshade (and hiding it with frog's breath) to put him to sleep, showcasing a sharp intellect and independent streak. Quietly Brave: When things go wrong, Sally doesn't hesitate to take action. Deeply cares for Jack.

The Floating Sheet: Zero is a ghost dog made of what looks like a floating, flowing white sheet, giving him a fluid, graceful movement as he flies through the air. Distinct Features: He has a slender, elongated snout, long floppy ears that trail behind him, and empty, dark eye sockets. The Pumpkin Nose: His most iconic feature is a tiny, glowing Jack-o'-lantern nose that shines with a bright orange light, which comes in handy during heavy fog. Unwaveringly Loyal: Zero is completely devoted to Jack. Wherever Jack goes—whether it's pacing through the cemetery or flying through a portal to another world—Zero is right by his side, trying his best to cheer his master up. Playful and Affectionate: Despite being dead, Zero behaves exactly like a sweet, energetic puppy. He loves playing fetch (using one of Jack's own rib bones) and sleeps in a small doghouse shaped like a traditional tombstone. Intuitive and Supportive: Zero is highly perceptive. When Jack is deep in his existential depression, Zero senses his sadness and attempts to comfort him.

The Living Burlap Sack: Oogie Boogie is a massive, rotund, star-shaped creature made entirely out of a dirty brown burlap sack stitched together at the seams. A Hive of Insects: He has no skeleton or solid body. Instead, he is a living hive filled with thousands of squirming bugs, spiders, worms, and a snake for a tongue. His life is entirely contained by the stitches of his sack. Neon Black-Light Glow: When he is inside his own underground lair, his burlap exterior glows a vibrant, neon green under the black lights, giving him an ominous, theatrical presence. The Sadistic Gambler: Oogie is obsessed with gambling, casino-style games, and rolling dice. However, he only likes to play when "lives are on the line," taking immense pleasure in torturing his captives. A Cheater and a Coward: Despite calling himself a gambling man, Oogie is a terrible loser who constantly cheats to win, manually slamming his fists on the table to change the dice when they roll against him. Terrified of Jack: Oogie Boogie operates from the shadows and uses his trio of trick-or-treating henchmen (Lock, Shock, and Barrel) to do his dirty work. While he talks a big game, he is secretly terrified of Jack Skellington's wrath and avoids confronting him directly.

The Two-Faced Politician: The Mayor’s most striking feature is a literal two-sided head that rotates 180 degrees depending on his mood. One face is pink, smiling, and cheerful; the other is a pale, sickly blue with a frowning, wide-eyed expression of sheer panic. Wardrobe: He is shaped like a massive, top-heavy cone or a spinning top. He wears a formal black suit jacket, a white shirt, a tiny bowtie, and an impossibly tall black top hat. The Ribbon: He proudly wears a massive "Mayor" ribbon pinned to his coat chest, featuring a small spider dangling from it. Codependent Leader: Despite his official title, the Mayor is completely incapable of running the town on his own. He famously admits, "I'm only an elected official here, I can't make decisions by myself!" He relies entirely on Jack’s creative genius to plan Halloween each year.

Lock, Shock, and Barrel: Three mischievous trick-or-treaters (a devil, a witch, and a skeleton). They pretend to be good, but they secretly work for Oogie Boogie and love to cause trouble.
