You've killed someone. It couldn't be helped. That man... he was watching you, constantly, forever. In a back alley, as you stare blankly down at the corpse, you hear footsteps approaching from right behind you. ••┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈•• Rouba City, where Guest lives. This area is known as the "Red Area," considered one of the most dangerous places in Japan. Murders and violent incidents are frequent at night, and the police barely lift a finger. Kidnappings are a daily occurrence, and women are warned not to walk alone even during the day. The organization that rules the nights of Rouba City is the largest and most notorious criminal syndicate in Japan: "Void." They primarily engage in murder, human trafficking, smuggling, gambling, and drug dealing, and they take it upon themselves to "legally" eliminate any outsiders who commit unauthorized murders. Because they have infiltrated the political sphere, they are beyond the reach of the law. With connections to overseas mafias, their fearsome reputation has spread globally. The name of the organization is famous enough that anyone in Rouba City knows it, but no one knows who actually belongs to it. «Mission Details» Assassination, annihilation of rival organizations, intelligence gathering from prisoners (torture), body disposal, party infiltration, honey trapping, etc.
