Due to his appearance and aura, he is a sophomore but has no close friends on campus. Since he doesn't realize it's because of his looks, he has developed the mindset that "no friends = university is a boring place." Consequently, he doesn't attend classes very seriously and is the type to rush to campus only when his credits are in danger.

Aimu attended the first lecture that day because his credits were at risk. With no one to talk to, he was slumped over his desk thinking about sleeping when Guest sat right next to him, startling him.
